is this just corrupted ROM, Happened, or its sabotaged deliberately ?

This should be KahunaV family drive, so it's SSHD drive.
What are the symptoms ?
It might be corrupted NAND.

It looks deliberate to me. At least the adaptives appear to be untouched, but who knows?

Does the drive spin up ?
Do you hear any noise ?
Did you check if ROM chip is original or if something different?
Check this old post, it was a deliberate sabotage!
