The drive in topic takes about 30 sec to be ready with full model, capacity, fw and sn. Then all sectors shows unc.

I have backed up all HDD resources except F****N sysfile 348 because it is damaged.
I had a case like this before and I didn't solve it because the customer took the drive next day.
