The ROM has a CFW segment (Controller FirmWare). I suspect that "CfwDiscCode" may refer to Controller FirmWare in the SA ??? Maybe you could use a loader?

Thanks for reply Mr. Frank, already tried to load ldr but no luck.
I need to know which mod/sysfile to write to fix the error.
I can r/w sysfiles but one by one via hyperteminal.I have a full backup of mdods+ROM and already cloned side 0.

IIUC, there are 4 main overlays. I would think that the "CfwDiscCode" would be contained in one of these???
