Model WD 10JMVW
EXternal Drive fallen down pcb damed
I replaced same pcb with same No 2060-771961 (FW swap)
Now the drive making three, four time cliclking sound then stops clicking
in disk mangement it shows unknow and size 0.0kb
when I try to initialize
popup message 'The request couldnot be performed because I/O error
is probelem with heads or platter damage?

A drive that have fallen most probably have also bad heads.
Since it's already clicking, it need to be open and checked inside for damage (since you are trying to power it up several times, maybe platters are damaged as well).
If platters are good, you might need a head swap.

You need to send it to a professional to check inside HEPA 100 clean room.
If surface is not badly damaged a PROFESSIONAL (not you) data recovery firm might be able to recover some data if you do not keep on powering the drive up.
