Problem with turn change WD7500BVPT from SATA to USB

Hi
i have this drive with board# 771820 and i changed to 771814, now with MRT i can access to user area and SA and read and write modules, and in windows only recognized in device manager and partition management but its READ ONLY and can not create partitions,

any way to fix this problem ?

Try from MRT to access any sector first then last sectors random check and see how it goes
if all OK and you don`t need your data inside, you may try:

from: Command prompt

diskpart
select disk 2 (as in your image example here)
clean

then try to open the disk manager and see

DiskPart succeeded in cleaning the disk.

but with this one has error :
create partition primary
DiskPart has encountered an error: Access is denied.
See the System Event Log for more information.

From SATA interface to USB interface with encryption ( Jmicron )
Physical scan would be useful (MHDD, Victoria..etc)

I cant access user area under windows, but in MRT I have no problem at all, and everything is normal.
