Seagate constellation ES 2TB

Hi

I got a Seagate constellation ES 2TB with board issue , i replaced the pcb with rom swap. now is the hdd is detected but it shows no partition . when tried scanning in R-studio no files were found.
When i see the 0 sector it shows as pic attached.

is it some sort of encryption ? i asked the customer whether he used any encyption he says no.

Maybe some clues, like what device the drive has been removed from?

Drive was used in normal pc by photographer and when the drive is connected to the terminal it shows message encrypting in terminal.
