I had 2 HDD
1st HDD gave blue screen in windows when trying to do something with it . don't remember. . I cloned that hdd to good one . I don't remember which way. I guess cloned over MRT. After then connected cloned good disk to computer over windows . Again blue screen. Guessed some logical problem. It was just a try for that kind of case. And deleted that good hdd . Works normal.
2nd HDD same. Blue screen in windows. Also I connected over MRT. And blue screen with MRT.
Never connected this hdd again. It's waiting.
Any suggestion for 2 case?

Are you disabling the MBR on the clone? You should, so that windows won't try to mount it. Then use recovery software to recover the files from the clone.

Most likely they will be easy to deal with.
Try to use MRT DE to mount the file system and copy the files you need ? Does it hang and cause blue screen as well ?
Maybe 1st hdd . But second one had blue screen when power on in MRT.
And now I had 3th same case. 1 TB WD10EZEX.
Again blue screen in windows. This 3 hdd for testing for donor . All not a real recovery case.
BUT
MRT was extracting data from a real recovery job. . .

interrupted my real recovery ..... (
Anyway. I lost only 30 mins. Not important.
Here is last blue screen records.

WHAT ?
This shouldn't happen. MRT should prevent from the system to crash when a bad HDD is plugged to it. This is another advantage of having that hardware card (not only power control and licensing) .... Something is not right for that to happen ....
Yes.Its happened 1 time. Never connected that hdd again whether MRT also windows. It's waiting.

Are you sure you did had that drive plugged to the ATA port of the MRT card and not directly pluged on you system ?
Because MRT card should prevent windows from auto-mounting drives connected to the MRT card ...
This doesn't make sense...
I am totally sure.
But maybe I tried to mount disk option over MRT . There is an option MRT connect HDD to see in windows as a drive you know. I don't remember this. % 30 maybe . But I am sure I connected to MRT port. So same hdd had blue screen in windows. I plug in to MRT after than. Again I am totally sure

I have a recover stuff . I guess it will finish tomorrow.
Then I will test again. But I am afraid to make damage to my MRT card? Is it safe to try ?
MRT card busy now. Extracting very very slow head case I cannot try now. If that real recovery stuff end. Tomorrow I will post more info.
at least 2 hdd in my hand same behaviour.
Time to sleep here .
Thanks for detailed response.

Is it convenient for you that we make an appointment for remote assistance in order to confirm the cause of the issue ?

This would be great as i'm very interested in knowing if the cause of the "crash" is indeed related to those bad drives or something else like system instability or incompatibility of the system with MRT.
If the drives are causing the crash i would love to have one of those drives shipped to me for testing as well.
Regards.
)))
Promise I ll check tomorrow

Tested WD10EZEX 1 TB
MRT working normal in WD section. I saw modules.
Tested logic scan 10 second. started full green .
After than I tried mount disk readonly.
Blue screen again.
I have recorded it by phone. But video not good. I will record again
So it's look like file system corruption. Still strange situation. I ll post blue screen log file. Maybe someone can tell something about that.
