Seagate 7200.11 no sector access

hello,
i have a ST3500820AS, at first it clone at 300/400 kb/s with many UNC and skip, then stop very soon and now only ID, sometime with 0 capacity, sometime with correct capacity, when recognized it as 500gb all sector report UNC very slow (need 30 seconds to skip it ). Think problem is head i swap it with donor, same problem. also try with Rapidspar imagine per head but problem persist on all 4 head. Head of this disk put on donor works and read. maybe a firmware problem, any advice to try from terminal ( already try F0A2,00,22 F01B4,00,22
and F06F0,043C,22 and i don't have any PC3000 or similar pro tool , only rapidspar )

this speed up the process really fast, skip bad/unc, after few try and with sector read at beginning i can read fat table, then except firsta of disk ( like 5%, so probably bad surface ) other can read at 500K/1MB/s with some skip
