Donor for DK23EA-30

hello,
i have this old Hitachi ATA drive. drive is identified, smart report failed, and has no sector access with rapidspar. Visual inspection seem ok, no scartch. I think need head swap but i can't find any guide for which data need to match fer head swap, also donordrive can't confirm match

hard drive sound normal for first 30 seconds then start clicking many times when try to access LBA with no access. Any advice with this type of drive, i never see it or found any info.. Thanks

i got two DK23EA-30 A/A0A1 C/A donor, try to swap head but not access any sector.
Try to put patient head on donor and works...
maybe some firmware / surface problem ? any advice
