My Hard drive secure with HP Security tool but my Hard Drive accidentally corrupt/Deleted. i create partition and recover the Data used 7 data recovery tool, but recovered file in .swf format how to i retrieve my data into original position/format

You haven’t recovered your data at all, the .swf files are just “false positives” and are not real data.

You need to decrypt it I would say, although you may have messed things up even more by recreating a partition.
