Hi guys I have a Samsung 2,5" HM321HI with this situation
after few minutes it's ready and recognized but when i try to read data go to bsy:

Looks to me like a bad head (H1)
If you have a tool that supports cloning with head map, try cloning H0 only.

I second this.
You need to change heads and hotswap the drive.
