hello people.
i have a Seagate FireCuda 1TB,Internal,5400 RPM,6.35 cm (2.5") (ST1000LX015) SSHD, it was working fine no clicking noises no over heating no, nothing. after a power failure in my house, on rebooting my laptop the hard drive was dead.
on inspecting the drive no burns no harm to pcb board, the hard drive has no power no spinning up when i plug it in. i tested to see if it was the drive it self i replaced the pcb board with the same one same firmware same serial the drive, powers on but no access to data does not show in windows
i put my original board back on the hard drive, it does not spin up, no spin no power.
with that said how do i get into Terminal mode on a dead HARD DRIVE? i have tried using usb cable.

is there a video or guide how to get into terminal? can you get into terminal on a dead drive. i believe its firmware corruption.
