Errors given when writing image

July 21st, 2019, 6:28

Hi all,

Please could you tell me what that attached errors mean.

I am trying to write a 2TB image and it fails at nearly the same point every attempt.

I am running Win 10 with 16GB RAM and both drives are internal.

Thanks.

Try another cloning software.

Maybe there’s an issue with the drive? For example bad sectors or a duff head?

Try hddsuperclone, which runs under Linux and is more tolerant to bad sectors,

Have you checked your image file? Might it be corrupt or bad?
I would open the image file with Dmde and see if you can extract any files. Try extracting single large files like videos etc and see if they open.

Also you are using Windows 10 and I am not sure if Hdd Raw Copy Tool is fully compatible.
