I am looking for a heads donor for WD5000AZLX (WD5000AZLX-75K2TA0).
Do you know if any other model will be compatybile?

Have not seen that model here yet,

Yes, as long as the preamp matches.
Also, ISTR that your drive has two heads with one of them switched off, while the ones digisupport suggests have both heads enabled so you should be fine.

My HDD has 1 physical head.
In such a case, is the compliance of the seventh DCM mark sufficient for the preamplifier compatibility?
I guess the production date is also important.
