Looking for script to unlock Toshiba DT01ACA300 password.

Managed to unlock my hd204ui with amazing script made by Spildit. 
But I still have 1 drive left with password... Toshiba DT01ACA300 (Hitachi HDS723030BLE640 3Tb)
Would love to use some free way to remove password. Some free/demo program or script.
Tried zu already several times it just don't work on this one. ****I don't even care about data.

There is no free method for unlocking this drive.

Can you share nvram dumping method that you used ? If it's free program of course.
