WD WD20NMVW access problem

Hello friends

Help

Disk is running

drive cannot be accessed. No partition appears.

What is the solution because it is usb?

There are 4 more cases such as wd usb.

Convert to SATA interface for precise diagnosis.

Not sure what all that excess solder splatter on the underside is all about?

Have you tried connecting the drive with a usb2 type cable? One used with an android phone would do the job. Sometimes even if the usb3 side of the socket/circuit is damaged the usb2 side still works.
