I am using MRT. I guess maybe DE calculate wrong for head map. So I think all heads reading data. H03 could be died and DE tells me wrong info . Maybe

I couldn't find solution yet.
All heads reading according to MRT. I imaged 75% of drive . Drive has 4 head. I guess still 1 head bad.
Tried all thing that I learned for sector access. Nothing changed.
Customer happy with that 75% data . He declined head swap about cost. And I don't have donor. I think I close this case tomorrow. He want back patient hdd .

Please make a picture after the following actions:
Go to Operate->View head map block and after that press on "statistic head map block" button and let it finnish the operation.

After that take a print screen and we will see if the head map is calculated correctly in DE.
