@ northwind
Thanks a lot.
You are the best, the drive worked like a charm.

The drive came to me opened before ( in reputable DR company in Dubai ) reported unrecoverable.
The big problem that they gave the drive to the customer ( with fingerprints, debris, ring to the outer, broken heads and PCB without ROM )
I couldn't believe until I saw the company label on the drive.
Imaging in progress (23.6%) and trying to leave the bad zones to the end.

After taking 91.8% of good image, the contents of the drive is not related to the customer data. ( The data related to a Thailand guy and his family pictures

Entire customer's drive replaced.
What should I do with the customer at this case?

What a nightmare

Tell your client the truth, I would not charge a case like that.
Hopefully he will get his "real" drive back.

Sure I won't charge any fee from the client.
I always charge when I get a result. ( Even If I already exhausted 3 donors

)
But after this, the customer told me the rest of the story that the drive was in Egypt too at another companies.
So, there's no one can tell where the original drive really went.
