WDC WD7500AADS-00M2B0 Wrong size detected

March 30th, 2020, 7:32

Hi I have a WDC WD7500AADS-00M2B0 I stored a long time with data on it, I hadn't noticed when I had been given this drive that a 465GB partition was on it.

Now I've copied data and cleaned disk with diskpart, I sadly discovered even after cleaning the full size is 465GB as if the partition has somehow modified firmware info.

please look at HDD sentinel data:

The disc if fully healty, works fine but the capacity is reduced. Is there any way to fix it? Firmware update or reflash?
Thanks in advance,

HDAT2 can remove the HPA, as can MHDD, HDD Capacity Restore Tool, hdparm, SeaTools.
