HDD size in HDD RAW COPY TOOL 1.10 doesn't match real size.

I have an extern HDD that is 4TB and I shall copy RAW data from it. In the Disk Management Console it's reported corectly as 3726,01GB.
But in the HDD RAW COPY TOOL 1.10 it says that it's only 500,01GB.
How come and what to do to make it show actual size?

Some external enclosures are configured with a sector size of 4096 bytes. I suspect that the tool incorrectly assumes a sector size of 512 bytes, causing it to mistakenly calculate the capacity as 4TB / 8 = 500GB.

Does this affect something when I copy the RAW data from the disk?

I wouldn't use this tool for your backups. That said, I don't know what the result would be.

Can you recommend any other free software that can backup raw data?

Seagate and WD both provide OEM versions of Acronis True Image. Seagate calls it DiscWizard.
