Wd5000aakx-603ca0 be slow after head swap

May 9th, 2020, 15:25

hello guys I have a wd5000aakx-603ca0, he arrived in the laboratory with broken heads "missing head0". since I do not have an identical donor I used a head of a 22 l wd5000aakx, the disk aligns hardly but loading ldr I managed to align it and make it read something by the head test the heads read but do not write. furthermore, the SA check revealed that the adaptive parameters are not loaded. the disk reads but very few bytes per second, can any of you give me some suggestions? maybe because importing a donor's adaptive parameters because I can't copy the original ones, it's a very urgent case and I can't wait to receive a donor. thank you all

60 or 22 doesn't matter. It's the target buyer code. Did you match the heads and media information from mod 0A and mod 47?
