WD10SMZW-34Y0TS0 with SED locked error, i can't get access to the data or build headmap. Is there any solution to this drive with SED locked?
or i have to get a compatible unlocked pcb for it? (PCB 800066 SATA)

Yes, you need to get unlocked pcb if you want to access SA or build head map...
