Is it really your drive in the video?
Or is it a test hard drive? (which I hope so)

Sad to say, your “precious” family photos are probably destroyed by you now, if that is your drive in the video :-(

Did you open the HDD in a Clean Room?

What a difference now.
Running an open disk with loose heads is to kill the surface of the plates.

Thank you all for the reply.
Well unfortunately I got panic the other day and doing everything on Internet to save my disk.

But I learn not to open my disk again :) thanks to you all.
And can I still get the answer? So when something like this happen again I will know what to do.
Thanks guys!

It is not possible to tell what happened with accuracy (we can speculate at best). We can only tell what the issues are.
Definitely bad sectors and firmware issues. Good chance of mechanical problem, too.

It's a shame you opened your hard drive without letting a pro take a peek first. Then you might have a definitive answer (and your family photos) :(
