Its Seagate ST1000LM035 / SDM2 (Seagate Mobile HDD) , disk was having head failure. After head transplant disk is getting detection even sector access but a fixed pattern is appearing after few sectors .In terminal TEC error is displayed. Even trying 3-4 different heads there is no change in response.
All heads if put back in patient works fine.
Ace says its heads but heads re 100% compatible and healthy.
Has anyone experienced same case , what was the resolution .

Got several cases where Seagate hdds had a scratch on media and data was even marked as read (green) on pc3k but sector data will show a fixed pattern
Ajusting DAC and AFH might help a little but not 100%
You can filter out bad files after saving by searching for the ones that have the fixed pattern and deleting them

Good Morning Friends.
I think this may not be correct diagnostics . Under microscope no visible scratches are there. Besides if read attempt is made through utility the data can be read flawlessly but at very slow speed. If platter degradation was there then how sectors can be read without errors within utility.
besides if donor heads put back in donors work no damage to heads as well.I think something else is there ,
