WD SMR BACKUP DRIVE ERRORS DONE BY CLIENT POST DATA DISPATCH

August 10th, 2020, 7:26

It is usually seen in most basic and average computer users that they tend to cut files and paste it
I have seen a 2 recent clients do such operations on the new backup drive that they submit to me for copying their data(WD SMR).

10 days after recovery they claim that less data was dispatched with respect to the data shown as per DDI report.
Best part is, all are dispatches are done by DDI over ethernet and reports of such cases had all the files HIGH (no losses, fully beautifully imaged.. I believe nearly half of the data that has been recovered in the world should thank DeepSpar, ORGASMIC systems...AAAH!)

I could manage to easily have it on record that such clients did cut paste operations on SMR WD backup drives.

So they tend to accidently create more troubles by themselves and put it on DR companies that job was not done correctly
I could bail my clients out again out of their trouble and they were highly thankful and left educated.

Please make a note and tell them while dispatching their cases.
