I have this hard disk who works but it has random weak blocks in mhdd.
Everytime I scan it, the weak blocks are different.
Faulty or weak heads?

How can I? It has no errors but it is very slow.

I can't ... it's very slow because of that.
Anyway I am curious to know what can cause an issue like that.

Vibrations during writing or reading, for example.

I can't believe it .... I move the hard disk away from a fan spinning nearby and put it on a more stable surface ... no more warnings !
Usually I put this fan near the disk when a test it for a long time during the summer. Never had a problem like that.
Thanks.
