St1000DM000 with partial sector access problem

I have a St1000DM000 which will image ok, with some sporadic bads sectors, then hit a point and can't read any sector beyond it. Definitely not just on one head, can't read any sector from that point. So I'm assuming I need to regenerate the translator. Terminal read out is

I've checked the non resident GList and it is not empty. Is

still the correct command to use?
