Hello
i have an hdd toshiba who is come from a Canon MFP.
I want to format them to be use on Windows but when i see the hdd on windows and try to initialize it i have this return:
acces refused .
So i can t do anything whit this hdd.
I found the firmware : AM001A and this S.M.A.R.T., APM, NCQ.
i don t know how to repair it

it might have a password, try installing minitool partition wizard and try to delete the partition.

If the drive protected with ATA password it cannot accept any command ( reading or writing ) until it unlocked.

but how ti use it.
there no data on this hdd, and i have 5 or 6 hdd like this so that why i want to unlock them.
