Password protected WD My passport not accessible

Hi HDD Gurus!

Apologizes that my first post is a request. I'm new to DR and English isn't my first language... Hope to lay down the details properly.

I have a 1TB WD My passport external HD that is not accessible (S/N: WXM1AAOJ2475). It is password protected and i know the password! but cannot access the the smartware utility. The information on the hd is precious for me, but not the hd itself. Unfortunately I cannot afford a Lab service since they are very expensive in my country.


Please see attached few screenshots from utilities I used. Testdisk didn't recognize any partitions and DMDE indicates lots of BADs...

Is there another utility I can use? What should I do next? Am I doomed??

Really appreciate any assistance or guidance.
