This case:
Suddenly quick format Bitlocker partition and than create a new ntfs partition with quick format.
Have a bitlocker password.
How to recovery bitlocker partition?

Run
repair BDE. If it does not help then you can try to search manually for Bitlocker metadata. If you can't find metadata then you can't recover it.

all the encryption keys are in metadata, the password only unlocks the metadata. No metadata - no keys- no recovery.
