Toshiba Slow reading and reading errors

I have got a fresh case of Toshiba ---
Family --- MQ01AVF050
Firmware ---AM0Q5E
Disk is detected with correct family in PC3K all CP are readable as well. Defects in Glist are 261 .
Except D7 all modules are OK (Dont know whether this is G list)
I am getting very slow reading speed and large surface defects . What should I do now because with this speed and defects recovery is not practically possible.
I tried to read through utility but that has not done any good.
Do I need to transfer defects from Glist to P list ?
Can someone pls. help.
