Data recovery and disk repair questions and discussions related to old-fashioned SATA, SAS, SCSI, IDE, MFM hard drives - any type of storage device that has moving parts

Hi, I have 4 x Dell HUC101212CSS600 SAS drives in a RAID 5 config. Two drives failed. Both failed drives seem do have the same result in issue. When starting up it spins but head does not seem to calibrate. Controller then gives an error light.
Client does not know what happened to the server - if it was a power outage or spike etc. that could have damaged the two drives and caused issues with PCB. We did a PCB and ROM swap on one drive and tested. With source ROM on spare PCB on source drive the drive does exactly the same as in original state, but with spare ROM and spare PCB on source drive you can hear the heads trying to calibrate. In all instances controller still gives an error light.
Any suggestions that may be useful to resolve the issue? I just need one drive up to reconstruct the RAID for data recovery.
We can attempt a head swap but was hoping for some suggestions first.
Regards
