WD Palmer data recovery

hello,
i have this WD Palmer 2.5 drive unable to read many part of disk with slow UNC, the rest of the surface read at full speed. I try with original sata and unlocked pcb ( can read rom and all module ok, also try to apply slow fix with latest WdMarvell 4 ).

trying with retry bad sector and high timeouts some sectors read but at a too slow speed, unfortunately the mft is just in an area not readable at all

any advice whit this family before go to try head swap ?

i guess most of what you can read is only 00's, is it?
I suspect a weak head over there...

yes, all zero except boot sector. need to restore original mod32 before slow fix ?
