HGST HTS7275xx364 MLC D6098 vs DA4217 error ?

Dear Guru Team,

I have a batch of few hard drives pulled from same company.
The Model Number of each is same HITACHI / HGST HTS727550a9E364

They were ATA password locked. I have managed to unlock 50% of them with PCB removing options, but the rest are not working.
When I look deep in to details, I figured out that the only difference is MLC #

The one which is able to remove the password is
MODEL: HTS727550A9E364
P/N: 0J23561
MLC # DA6098

The one which does not remove the password is
MODEL: HTS727550A9E364
P/N: 0J23561
MLC # DA4217

Any idea what could be the issue.
