Hello guys! I have Seagate ST2000LM007 with broken heads.
Should I exchange the heads for good ones or put the disks in my donor?

1. Carefully, after experience
or
2. You don't.

1.... Why on earth would you switch platters if the heads are bad? Makes no sense!

And 2...

This is one of the worst possible drives to change heads in, and more importantly get it to work.

Definitely NOT a candidate for amateur or DIY.

I can now read only a part of the media after the UNC error occurs.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
