can't read SMART data

April 5th, 2021, 14:08

using HDTUNEPRO4.01 with a WD Black 500 and WD Black 750 I cannot read SMART data. Info says that SMART feature is supported.
Other HDDs show SMART data. Is it somehow disabled on the drives? If so, how do I enable it
?

Try with CrystalInfo to see if it's a software limitation.
