Hello friends. A friend of mine was complaining that the pc was slow and asked me to format. Before format ram test, I had hdd scan disk clean. But as you can see in the benchmark test. I wonder why the performance is so bad? I've come across a few other people who complained about the slowness of the computer before. There is no bad sector, but is there a very bad solution? By the way, the pc's warranty is over.

The spikes seem to occur at regular intervals. Are you sure there are no background tasks that are interfering with the benchmark?
What do the SMART data look like?
Can you show us the graph for a 1GB short stroke test?

operating system on another hdd. So there is no program occupying hdd. It is not possible to access Smart data right now. Hdd is a friend of mine, not mine. I did not have it right now, I gave it back because I could not find the reason, but if I get such a hdd again, I said I should open a problem to solve the problem.

When you perform a short stroke test, you can see steps in the performance, and each step corresponds to a different head. If the spikes consistently occur in a particular head, then that head must be suspect.
How to determine number of heads using HD Tune:

This one is typical example that you will not be able to repair without specialized tools or well knowing how to speak to Toshiba drives through the diag port.
As said by fzabkar, you get a failing head, and others head(s) seems not well too.
Do not store important data inside, even if SMART is saying fine.
You can try a full erase, but it will be a miracle if it change something...
