Cut head on the rom(ST4000DM000-2AE166)

Hello gurus, I have a question.

when working on the Rom PC3K "can't setup head map" on this model(Product FamilyId: A0, MemberId: 01).

I think there is damage to a plate surface and I want to cut off the head.

Any advice would be great.
