WD4003RFYZ constant clicking (not click of death)

I bought used hard drive. It's working ok but noise even in idle is super annoying.
It clicks every 8-10 seconds constantly. Even in IDLE or while surface test in hdtune
wdidle3 and idle3-tools failed to do anything cause drive is not real WD just rebadged hgst :cry:
