Hi i need donor ROM for Seagate ST1000LM037, problem with the drive ,wont spin up and no error in terminal, tried patient rom in donor pcb no result looking for donor rom in order to import adaptives to give a try. Attached patient rom as well

Hi fzabkar it works after writing the rom which you sent ,even ace ts cant fix it they ended up stating adaptives are corrupt and it cant be fixed, your gr8 man thank you for your effort can you share me what did you do i can see a small dword changes in the offset 78C50 ,it will be gr8 if you share us.

SFW got corrupt, that's easy to see, wondering why they suspected adaptives...
Franc probably copied it from the inactive container.

You can use F3RomExplorer to analyse the ROM:
http://www.hddoracle.com/download/file.php?id=8721The SFW segment in the active container (BFWContainer1) had a bad CRC. This turned out to be an error in a single bit. There was a good copy of the SFW segment in the inactive container, BFWContainer0. I compared the two copies and used the good copy to repair the bad.
