Toshiba SAS PCB

Hi Guys

We have here Toshiba 2.5 SAS drive with PCB defect

We transfered the Flash (marked red) but the drive doesnt spin after that

There are also 3 other Winbond flashes (marked green)

Is necessary to transfer also this 3 flashes?
