there a western my passport with pcb 1960 that ROM IC is missing from PCB. is there any chance to recover ROM?

This method will not work with the OP drive.
The OP drive is FBLITE which requires special technique to generate working ROM.

Yep, you're right. 771960 belongs to FbLite family.
I've missed that!

Acelab uses special plugin to find factory settings on surface to generate 4F mod, and it takes long time.
I think that plugin is based on some type of ARCO test.
