WD1600JS-60MHB5 issue

WD1600JS-60MHB5 family: Hawk F/w: 408WE

Hdd comes with click and spindown in origianal ROM. Original ROM Headmap 0145
changing headmap no result.

i tried donor ROM wiht 408WE the same result.

I tried 408NE ROM (HM 0145) after changing headmap to 1145, HDD does not spindown and running smooth. by loading LDR 408NE can read all modules in H1 without Err but HDD is not ID.

excuse me, i am feeling really dumb but maybe replacing heads?
