HDD read failure - how to solve?

For a week, I didn't use computer for some reason it was giving me error and not login to windows, so then I try to reinstall windows but unable to for some reason, so I use HirenBoot to diagnose the issue.
I use GSmartControl Extended test to know the problem.
Below I have attached a file of GSmartControl Repot.



Please help me out to get it back Running, and please don't recommend buying a new HDD I can't.

This disk is dead and done. The last three disks I replaced for friends' laptops etc. when broken it was always WD Blue.
That's the reason Windows install fails. If you try it again, these numbers will climb up.
