I have HDT721010SLA360 that is not identified by computer.
I have the same( I think correct) voltages like those on the pictures below. What should I check next?

why do you think the problem is pcb related? Are you using the original pcb?

You haven't even told us what's wrong with the drive??

The hard disk is not seen ( detected) in BIOS. So, I think the PCB maybe a culprit.
Or where else to find the problem?

Can you measure any activity at the spindle motor terminals during power-on?

There are 4 traces( on the flex cable between PCB and motor). On which trace/path should I measure activity? And only during detection in BIOS should be there activity?

right after power on. If pcb is ok, there should be activity on all four pins at least for a few seconds after powerup. You should hear some buzzing sound as well.

I checked voltages on motor terminals but there was any voltage present (neither any sound hearing ).
Is it time for PCB replacement, eventhough the core voltages are present?
Or maybe there is an ENABLE pin somewhere which is missing or......
Any further idea?

Yes, I can try to dump the contents. But what can I find out from the dump?
The chips use also clock signal, as I checked from the datasheet. Is it worth checking the clock first?
And when the clock should be measurable? Only during the detection time from BIOS ?

If there is a bit error in either chip, the firmware will fail a checksum test and may not spin up the drive. I know how to verify the firmware in the NVRAM (93C86).

I wanted to use CH341 programmer for dump of U5 (93C86WP) and U7 (M25P10VP), but not sure it is the best choice.
Can you recommend a good programmer for reading those chips?
I also find out there is about 3.3V Vcc on both U5 (93C86WP) and U7 (M25P10VP).
According to datasheet ,however, U5 (93C86WP) should have 5V as Vcc, not 3.3V.
Do you think it maybe the culprit? How to find out from where Vcc is coming to U5 (93C86WP)?

93c86 uses different algo, i doubt CH341 can handle it, but i saw there are arduino skeches out there to read it.
