Recovery data from MQ01UBB200

Hi guys.

I need help to recover data from MQ01UBB200.
My stupid client who doesn't know how to manipulate this material has unsoldered and lost the original ROM (IC602). My question is can it be rebuilt with another one like it? Do you have any firmware for this disk model? I have an integrated one to program 25Q80BL.
I need to recover the information even without a directory tree or structure.

I don't know of anyone who can recover a Toshiba drivewithout the original ROM.
