SAS HDD

October 30th, 2023, 14:20

Hi to all!
Sorry
I need to clone 4 HDDs or two SAS HDDs that were originally in raid10. When hot plugging in Windows the disks are not recognized by the OS. Detail in the controller utilities ctrl + c the two hdds are recognized and I see all the parameters. This happens with all 4 discs. How can I get Windows to recognize it?

Thanks !

Use an HBA (LSI controller in tech mode) and create a RAID 0 array with 2 drives (each side of array).

IR-firmware means integrated RAID vs. IT-firmware means integrated target

After that is working, you also need the drivers for Windows.
