Hitachi 2.5 HDD won't spin up

hi. i have this hdd hitachi 500gb from a laptop. it failed to boot suddenly. Ive managed to make an image from one of the partitions, but the second one failed. the disk is recognized by windows but fails reading data. victoria shows multiple errors. but recognize it. one error that i noticed its that rpm test shows 65 rpm. how should i continue?can the PCB be repaired or should I look for a donor?

If you can make an image of one of the partitions then the issue is not the PCB. More than likely the drive has bad sectors/media damage being a laptop drive.

The drive reported bad sectors. Then I tried to clone the drive. The process couldn't complete failing at the second partition. The disk deteriorated it's condition during the process.

What program are you using to clone the drive?

A boot disk with a Linux os and a program called redo backup

Try HDDSuperClone / OpenSuperClone.

But the disk become irresponsive .it doesn't spinup
