WD20SDRW no spin

I wanted to ask if someone could point to where I should measure to check the fuse or TVS on this drive, does not spin. - Thank you

TVS diode = the larger diode above the smaller "R" Schottky diode
Fuse = "S"

Both are located adjacent to the 12-pin header.
