hello guys im working on this palmer disk with second sevel translator damaged.zero data 95%
i did the translator regeneration and i got zero data 18% ....however after i wrote the new 190 module and restart the hdd has no ID and no capacity.......... does anyone had same problem?

seems something else damaged
even thought mdl 190 is damaged you will still get full ID

i can get full ID and capacity if i write the original 190 module! but when ever i write the correct module hard disk click once and get ready without ID and without capacity!

You need to carefully repair and restore the translator.
Regenerating is almost never an option in modern SMR drives.

people should not write anything to SA of these drives, you practically kill any chance for someone with proper knowledge recover the thing.
PC3k has a bug with reading 190 too, so if you write that back you (and anyone after that point) are busted .
you need to understand how these work, which is not a simple task i admit.

I am having the same case. WD10SPZX clicks, swapped heads. Got ready but has no ID, PC3000 boots in Kernel mode
So i am curious to find the solution here

You should start your own thread instead of digging up an old one as you have a completely different problem.
